Reservations
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Call the spa (860) 232-6782 or book online. We recommend making a reservation; we cannot guaranty an opening will be available if you walk in.
We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Please remember, if your treatment is delayed due to late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest is not inconvenienced.

We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, or Cash. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Gratuity
Gratuity is greatly appreciated and accepted in cash only.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate you accepting our 24 hour cancelation policy. There will be a full service charge for missed appointments.
We require more notice for the following:
48-hours notice for 3 or more appointments or Spa Package
1 week notice for groups/spa party up to 4 guests
2 week notice for groups/spa party of 5 or more guests
Return Policy
All product sales are final. Unopened products can be returned for spa credit within 14 days of purchase.
Cell Phones and Electronics
Please turn cell phones off or to vibrate and refrain from using them in the spa in respect to guests enjoying quiet relaxation time in our tranquil un-plugged environment.
Gift Certificates
Leave it to Victorian Day Spa to make shopping stress free. A gift card is perfect for any occasion for those special people in your life. Great for birthdays, holidays, showers, weddings, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Valentines Day and anytime! You can purchase a gift card here on our website or come in to the spa. Purchase a gift card for any amount, service or spa package. Our gift certificates do not expire. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, so please refer to our website for the most recent updates to our services and packages. Tax on services is charged only after the service has been provided, so please note that you may have to pay tax when using your gift card for nail care, waxing, or skin care services. Gift cards cannot be used toward gratuity. Any lost or stolen gift cards cannot be recovered. We recommend you save your receipt in case this happens. All gift certificate sales are final.
2nd Party Gift Cards : We DO NOT accept SpaFinder, Spa Wish, or Spa Wellness gift certificates.
Groups and Gatherings
We adore hosting spa parties for any occasion! We will comfortably accommodate any size group up to 15-20 guests. The Nail Care Lounge on our first floor has ample seating and serving tables for your party to set up hors d'oeuvres you wish to bring or BYOB. Children
We accommodate children of all ages for nail care, express facials, massage therapy, and waxing. Because of our tranquil and communal space, in the case that your child is accompanying you, we ask that your child does not disturb the relaxation of other guests and is supervised at all times.
Considerations
Please advise us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or prior use of Retin A. We do not recommend that you receive a massage during your first trimester of your pregnancy. Please be reminded that we are not responsible for any health circumstances that may occur during the treatment.
