Policies
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled spa service if you are visiting us for a spa day or multi-services to allow time for changing and paperwork.
- Robe and slippers are provided for your comfort and convenience.
- Please advise us ahead of time of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, food restrictions, or if you have used Retin-A (especially if you are waxing or considering Glycolic Facial).
- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for single spa services. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for spa package services. If notification is not received within these time requirements, a cancellation fee will be charged. (In the case of a spa gift certificate, a cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the value of the certificate.)
- Spa gift certificates are non-refundable. They can be used for products or services.
- Parties of three or more guests need to notify us of cancellation one week prior to the appointment date. A 50% deposit is required for groups of three or more guests.
- Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Being late only detracts from your scheduled service(s).
- We have a smoke free environment.
- We are equipped with a Purified Clean Air System.
- All prices are subject to change.
- We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment by check is welcome with proper identification.
- Please leave your valuables at home.
- Full-day services can include a lunch, which can be ordered for an additional charge.
